Terms of Use of Images

These terms have been developed to determine the use of images on Tilda user sites. The terms apply to any images, including images from the library, as well as those uploaded by users themselves.

The Terms of Use of Images (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are an integral part of the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Service). All terms and definitions are used in the Terms in the same meaning as in the Terms of Service in force.

1. Terms of Use

1.1. General Provisions. The User shall have the opportunity to post photographs, illustrations and icons (hereinafter referred to as Images) in order to create Projects on the Platform. Images can be posted using a library of Images provided by the Administration, or they can be custom, including those purchased from copyright holders independently.

1.2. Requirements for Images. Within the meaning of the Terms of Service, Images are a type of User Content. All requirements, prohibitions and restrictions established by the Terms of Service regarding Content apply to Images posted on Projects.

2. Image Library

2.1. Services for Searching Images. The Administration shall provide the User with the opportunity to use services for searching Images on the Platform. Services for searching Images are Third Party Services within the meaning of the Terms of Service.

The use of services for searching Images shall be carried out on the basis of the relevant agreements of the owners of such services, which the User must familiarize itself with before use.

2.2. Icons. On the Platform, some Noun Project icons and Tilda Icons are available for use by the User. The use of Noun Project icons must be in accordance with the Terms of Use, and the use of Tilda Icons must be in accordance with the License Agreement.

2.3. No Warranties from the Administration. The Administration shall not warrant that the Image library will be available and can be used around the clock, at any particular point in time or for any period of time.

The User understands that copyright holders manage Images at their own discretion and may add and/or remove them at any time.

3. Demo Images

3.1. Use of Demo Images. When creating a Project, the User must replace the Images located in Blocks and Templates. These Images are used for demo purposes only.

The use of Images as Content in Projects is possible only if the User reaches appropriate agreements with the copyright holders of such Images.

4. Warranties, Representations and Responsibilities of the User

4.1. Warranties and Representations of the User. By using Images on the Project, the User represents and warrants that:
1) it has received all rights, consents and permissions from copyright holders necessary for the placement and use of Images on the Platform;
2) the Images comply with the requirements of the Terms of Service and are legal under the provisions of applicable laws.

4.2. Liability of the User. The User shall bear full responsibility for the publication, distribution, storage and transmission of Images and assume all risks, including those associated with possible violation of the law and/or the rights of third parties.

In case of violation of these Terms, the Administration shall have the right to apply administrative measures to the User in accordance with the Terms of Service in force.
