AI Help Chat Terms of Use

1.1. General Provisions. The help chat, powered by artificial intelligence technologies (hereinafter referred to as the Chat), provides the possibility to receive automatically generated answers (hereinafter referred to as the Generated answers) to questions about the Platform’s features on the basis of a corresponding request from the User (hereinafter referred to as the Request).

The Chat is powered by artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers. The Generated answers are created using the Help Center materials, the Platform documentation, and other reference materials. The Chat is available to the User in the Personal Account on the Platform and/or in the Help Center.

1.2. Purposes of Use. The User may use the Chat solely to obtain reference information about the Platform’s features. Using the Chat for any other purposes is not allowed. The Chat is not intended for obtaining consulting services or expert opinion by the User, or for generating text content on the Platform.

1.3. Provision of the Chat. The Chat is provided by the Administration in beta “as is.” The Administration does not guarantee error-free and continuous operation of the Chat, or its compliance with the User’s expectations.

The User understands and acknowledges that submitting Requests to the Chat does not replace contacting the Platform’s technical support and under no circumstances can be considered a question, complaint, claim, or any other official appeal to the Administration.

2.1. General Restrictions and Limitations. While using the Chat, it is not allowed to submit Requests that conflict with the Agreement’s terms and conditions, general principles of good faith, morality, and ethics, and the principles and norms of the applicable legislation.

2.2. Privacy and Personal Data. The User is not allowed to submit Requests that contain personal data of the User or third parties, secret keys, verification codes, payment details, or other restricted information, the disclosure of which may violate the rights of the User or third parties.

2.3. Technical Limitations. The Administration may limit the submission of specific Requests, as well as the receipt of the Generated answers to Requests on specific topics. The User is not allowed to carry out any attempts to bypass the technical limitations of the Chat, including by means of Requests aimed at changing the operating rules specified by the Administration.

3.1. The Absence of Warranties and Assurances from the Administration. The Chat is powered by artificial intelligence technologies provided by third-party providers; therefore, the Administration is not able to fully control what the Generated answers include.

The Administration does not guarantee that a Generated answer:
1) is relevant, correct, and acceptable;
2) complies with the generally accepted rules of behavior, as well as moral and ethical norms;
3) does not violate the applicable legislation and/or the rights of third parties.

3.2. The User’s Responsibility for Verification. The User is independently responsible for checking the Generated answers before applying them. In case of any discrepancy between a Generated answer and the Administration’s documents, including the Agreement and the Help Center materials, these documents and materials shall prevail.

The Administration does not guarantee that every Request can be resolved through the Chat. In case a Generated answer does not correspond to the Request, contradicts the Administration’s materials, is obviously inappropriate or incorrect, or contains instructions that did not lead to the expected result, the User should contact the Platform’s technical support.

3.3. Rights to the Generated Answers. Under no circumstances can the Generated answers be considered the result of the User’s creative work and/or an intellectual property object, the rights to which belong to the User.

4.1. Limitation of Liability of the Administration. The content of the Generated answers is for reference purposes only and in no circumstances can be considered an opinion or official position of the Administration, or perceived as an encouragement to carry out any action.

In any case, the Administration is not responsible for the content of the Generated answers and the result of their use by the User.

4.2. User’s Responsibility. The User is completely responsible for the Requests’ contents, as well as for any actions taken on the basis of the Generated answers, and accepts all risks associated with the use of the Chat.

The User agrees to indemnify the Administration and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs directly or indirectly associated with the User’s use of the Chat.

5.1. Acceptance of the Terms. For Users not registered on the Platform, these Terms are deemed concluded upon submitting the first Request to the Chat. These Terms may only be accepted in full; acceptance with exceptions and/or in part is not allowed. In any case, by using the Chat, the User expresses full and unconditional consent to these Terms.

5.2. Amendments to the Terms. The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally by publishing a new version. The new version takes effect upon publication.
