I paid for the wrong account, can I transfer my payment?

Yes, in some cases we can help you transfer your payment to the correct account.

Please send an email to team@tilda.cc and put "Transferring payment to a different account" as a subject. Make sure to mention the number of the account that you have paid for by mistake, as well as the correct account number.

In case it is not possible to transfer the payment, we will issue a refund so you can make a new correct payment.
