My card was charged. How can I cancel my automatic subscription renewal and receive a refund?

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the Plans and Billing tab of your Tilda account. If there is no button to turn it off, auto-renewal has already been disabled.

If you paid by mistake or forgot to turn off auto-renewal, contact us using the form in the lower-right corner of your account. Our specialists will check the information and help you submit a refund request.
