My website does not appear in Google search results. What should I do?
To speed up the process of getting your domain into search engines, you need to register in Search Console services and confirm your domain ownership. To connect to Google Search Console:
Open Site Settings → SEO → Google Search Console → Manage → Connect.
After that, you need to wait a bit, then add "sitemap.xml" to the Google Search Console panel in Tilda as well as confirm your domain ownership.
There are many search engines, Google is by far the most well-known one. It is a big and smart system, but it also needs some help. To allow visitors to find your site through the search engine, Google should first find out about it. It happens as follows: GoogleBot ignores already listed sites and tracks links to the new resources. Then it follows these links and gets acquainted with the new site. Sooner or later it will find a link to your site, and will add site information to the Google database so that users will be finally able to see your site in the Google search. There are a lot of websites on the Internet, and no one knows how long it will take before your new website will finally be noticed by the bot (by the way, someone should mention it on the web first).
This process can be accelerated. Right now you can literally ask the search engine to add your website to the Google database. Or, in other words, to index your site. This is done using the Webmaster panel in Google. This tool allows you to track how indexing is going, whether there are any errors or not. Also, this system gives you recommendations on how to improve your site so that more people can find it.
If your website has been indexed but does not appear on top of the search results, it needs to be optimized.
