My card was charged. How can I cancel my automatic subscription renewal and receive a refund?

You can stop your subscription auto-renewal anytime. To do this, log in your Tilda account → go to the Plans and Billing page.

If you paid by mistake or forgot to cancel your subscription renewal, use the form in the right bottom corner of your account to write to us. Include in the message:

  • the last 4 digits of your bank card number, if you paid by card;
  • the date of the payment;
  • the time of the payment.
