My card was charged. How can I cancel my automatic subscription renewal and receive a refund?

You can stop your subscription auto-renewal anytime. To do this, log in your Tilda account → Plans and Billing  Cancel subscription, or follow this link: http://help.tilda.ws/subscription#renew

We will refund your payment. A refund normally takes 2-5 bank days to arrive.Sometimes this process takes up to 15 days. If you did not receive your money back after 15 days, please email team@tilda.cc – we will check the refund status for you.

If you paid by mistake or forgot to cancel your subscription renewal, please email team@tilda.cc
