How can I create a quiz using the quiz blocks QZ101*?

To create a quiz, you will need:

• Quiz block QZ101* — read more: https://help.tilda.cc/forms/quiz 
• the Calculator field within the quiz — read more: https://help.tilda.cc/forms-calculator     
• Fields branching feature — read more: https://help.tilda.cc/forms/field-visibility-conditions  

At first, you need to configure the Calculator within the quiz.

To do this, you will need to create questions and answer options by using these field types:

• Quantity;
• Dropdown list;
• Checkbox;
• One-line input field;
• Question with answers; 
• Question with image answers. 

The scoring will be completed only using this fields' list.

The Calculator field will help to score the points assigned to one or another answer option in advance.

How it works?

— Add a quiz form to the page;

— Create fields you need (from the list above);

— Specify the field variable name in the corresponding field (such as a, b or first, second, etc.);

— Using the equal sign, assign the value in points to every answer option (such as first answer option = 10);

— Add the Calculator field type in the quiz and create the value calculation formula with the variables that you used in the form's fields.

Important: use only basic mathematical operators in the formula:

+ - * / ()

Use all variables from the fields, otherwise the Calculator will not be able to score the points correctly.

Then, when the Calculator has been configured and works correctly, you need to apply the fields branching option to display a result (this is a separate step in the quiz) depending on what has been scored in the Calculator.

To do this, you need to complete these steps:

— Go to the Content tab of the quiz and open the tab with the quiz steps;

— Create the Result step;

— In the Result card, click on the Visibility condition button;

— In the Visibility condition settings that open, click on the Add condition button; 

— In the Action for this step field, you need to select the Show this step behavior;

— Then in the Action conditions, you need to select the Calculator field and specify the value or range that the visitor should score for the result to be displayed at the end of the quiz completion;

— You need to do so with every Result as there can be several of them, depending on what score will be gained when completing the quiz.

Important: for the score not to be displayed on the public page with the form, you need to activate the Don't display in the form option in the Calculator field.
