How do I remove the disallow rule for "robots.txt"?

To allow search engines to index (show up in search results) your webpage, please proceed to Page Settings → SEO → Customize search results preview → Indexing → uncheck the "Prevent search engines from indexing this page" box (see screenshot) → save changes → publish the page.
