To connect the separate Header and/or Footer to the system pages of the Members Area, go to the Members Area control panel, → click on the "Members Area Settings" → in the "Advanced" tab, find the “Project Settings”. There you can assign the Header and Footer.
You can use the Header/Footer of the whole website as the Members Area Header and Footer, or create separate pages specifically for the Members Area.
