What is the difference between Orders and Leads?

Leads are a log of all form submissions sent from the website. This section displays all successfully created leads, including purchases made through the Shopping Cart. If an error occurs during or after submission, it will be shown in the Error Log.

The main advantage of the Leads section is that it allows you to track all submissions from website forms in one place and monitor issues with connected services.

Orders are a tool for tracking purchases made through the Customer Account for online stores. The section becomes available after you enable Customer Account for your online store. It only displays purchases made through the Shopping Cart.

The main advantage of Orders is that it helps you manage all purchases made on the website, track and update payment statuses, and send comments to customers in their Customer Account.

If you need to work specifically with purchases without reviewing all form submissions from the website, use the Orders section.
