How to create a fixed on scroll menu in Zero Block?

You can do it in Zero Block settings.

Block can be fixed in the page header or footer. Also you can set appearing for the block after X pixels (Appear Offset) – Fade in or Slide up/Down animation.

To set a fix position for your Zero Block on the page, open Artboard Settings → Position And Overflow.
