Spam leads from bots are coming through forms. How can they be blocked?

To block an unwanted lead from a user, go to the Leads section. Find the lead in the list and open it.

At the top, click Lead actions and select Mark as spam from the drop-down menu.

You can also enable stronger spam protection. In this mode, only one request from the same IP address can be submitted without a captcha. There is also aggressive spam protection, where a captcha appears every time—even when a visitor fills out the form for the first time.

To change the protection level, go to site settings → forms → general form settings.
