Why do leads in my project go straight to Spam?
The Spam folder contains all leads that have been marked as spam either manually or by the automated system.
To find out why a lead was marked as spam, open the lead card and check System data → Reason.
The most common reasons are:
- Regional restrictions are enabled for receiving leads, and the user submits a form from a country that is not on the list of allowed countries.
You can change regional restrictions in Site Settings → Forms → General Form Settings.
- You previously marked a lead from this user as spam. If you mark a lead as spam, new leads from the same IP address received within the next 7 days will also be marked as spam.
If the lead is not spam, mark it as Not spam. It will be moved back to the main list, and the user’s IP address will be unblocked.
