Learning the basics of art composition, working with form, color, and light, and meeting new friends
Modern painting masterclass for beginners, where you can learn the basics in 4 hours, individually make a picture, and get acquainted with interesting people. All required materials are included in the cost of the masterclass.
How It Works
During the masterclass, you will learn the basics of painting theory and create your own picture
Theoretical part
During the masterclass, we will paint a small still-life. At the beginning of the masterclass, the teacher will talk about the basics of composition, the use of color, and painting techniques.
Painting
You will paint a still-life with acrylic paints. If necessary, the teacher will advise you and help build the composition and work with the form and color.
New acquaintances and communication
At our masterclasses, there is always a friendly social atmosphere with various interesting and creative people, who can inspire with their creative and life experiences.
Jane Burns Painting and academic drawing teacher, artist Jane graduated from The Norwich University Of The Arts and has been giving contemporary painting and drawing lessons for 6 years now. In addition to teaching, she paints using modern and post-impressionism styles, and annually exhibits her works at international exhibitions. |

Yes, the masterclass program has been designed for beginners, you will draw an uncomplicated still-life, and the teacher will help you and advise you if something doesn't work out.
During the masterclass, we will be using acrylics, as they dry the fastest. You can take your work home straight after the class. We will be painting on a 30x45cm canvas.
The lesson lasts 4 hours. Since the still-life consists of very few details, and the size of the canvas is small, you can easily finish it during this time.
