How do I make smooth scrolling for local anchor links?

To achieve a smooth scrolling effect for anchor links, add a scroll modifier (block T178 from the "Other" category) to the bottom of your page. Now, when you click an anchor link, the transition will be smoothly animated.

You can also set the indentation for the anchor links in the Settings panel of a block. Do this if you are using a fixed menu on top of the page and it covers some of the content on transition.
